GSIC Workshop: How to Build High-Performance Teams in the AI Era (Human + AI)
Artificial intelligence is reshaping how organizations work—but technology alone is not the challenge. Talent, roles, and team design are.
GSIC is hosting an interactive workshop focused on how to build high-performance teams in the AI era, moving from traditional roles to hybrid and augmented Human + AI models. The session is designed for organizations that want to better understand their level of AI adoption and translate that understanding into concrete organizational decisions.
During the workshop, participants will work through a high-level AI adoption framework, assess their organization’s AI readiness, and gain clarity on current talent gaps. The session also explores new roles and team models, how to evaluate AI readiness in candidates and employees, and how to design hybrid teams that may include agents, freelancers, or operating partners.
The workshop is highly interactive, combining group dynamics, practical exercises, and direct application to each organization. Attendees will leave with a first practical roadmap focused on the next 90 days.
If you are responsible for talent, organization, or leadership strategy and want a practical, non-technical approach to AI readiness, this workshop is for you.
