Based in San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid), First Eleven is an AI-driven football development center that combines proprietary performance technology with elite coaching and state-of-the-art equipment to deliver fully individualized training experiences. Their approach brings together precise data analytics and continuous coach feedback, building dynamic player profiles that evolve after every session and help guide development plans over time.
First Eleven’s high-performance ecosystem is designed to support athletes through multiple layers of development. Their offering includes an AI-driven performance system (proprietary IP) that captures and analyzes detailed player data, enriched by coach input after every session to continuously refine each player’s individualized plan. This is complemented by private 1:1 training—one-hour sessions tailored to each player’s specific needs—and small group training (maximum 6–8 players), creating a competitive environment while maintaining close, individualized monitoring and coaching.
Beyond on-pitch work, First Eleven integrates key pillars that contribute to long-term performance: physical development programs focused on strength, speed, agility, and injury prevention using advanced equipment; and recovery & regeneration resources such as infrared sauna and ice baths to optimize recovery. They also provide performance support services, including physiotherapy for injured players and access to a sports psychologist, supporting both physical and mental development.
First Eleven describes its model as more than a gym—a one-stop center where training, technology, recovery, and support services come together in a complete high-performance environment focused on developing athletes both on and off the pitch. They also position themselves as a professional networking hub for players, coaches, and football professionals.
