The selection process is fully online and open to companies from all over the world. Priority will be given to GSIC members as part of the GSIC global innovation network.

The Challenge

Improve the overall game-day experience for MoraBanc Andorra to make matches more attractive and engaging for fans, ultimately helping to increase attendance and perceived value of the live event.
At the same time, integrate sustainability practices into the match-day operations, addressing areas such as fan mobility, waste management (e.g., reusable cups), and environmental impact.

Explore solutions that can balance both objectives—enhancing fan experience while promoting sustainable behaviors.

Identify solutions that can be implemented even within limited control over venue infrastructure.

Enable a shift from the current, routine-based match-day model to a more innovative, engaging, and potentially revenue-generating experience.

  • Tools that enhance sponsor activations and fan interaction
  • Data-driven solutions to understand and improve fan behavior
  • Match-day innovations that can be deployed without major venue changes

What will matter in the evaluation?

The club will prioritize solutions that combine innovation with realism.

Key evaluation criteria include:

  • Strong fit with the challenge objectives
  • Clear value for fan engagement and match-day experience
  • Contribution to sustainability goals
  • Fast and practical implementation potential
  • Readiness for possible activation in the upcoming new season
  • Ability to operate under existing infrastructure limitations
