After more than 25 years working in the sports industry, David Rosa, Infrastructure Consultant - FIFA Forward Programme, will present one of the most complex and ambitious portfolios delivered through the FIFA Forward Programme: more than 100 infrastructure projects across 68 countries worldwide. 

Based on David´s international experience, the presentation will offer a global perspective on how football infrastructure can support sporting development, strengthen national associations and create a lasting impact.

David will highlight the key challenges, lessons learned and practical principles behind the development of safe, efficient and sustainable facilities tailored to the specific needs of football around the world.
