Jethro Binns is the Co-Founder and Co CEO of LevelTech, a sports technology company building rating, participation and player-identity infrastructure for racket sports.

LevelTech began with SquashLevels, which has developed into one of the world’s most widely used squash rating platforms and is endorsed by the World Squash Federation and the Professional Squash Association. The company is now applying its technology across padel, badminton and other sports, working with federations, booking platforms, clubs and competition providers to connect fragmented player and match data.

Before moving into sports technology, Jethro was a professional squash player, Welsh national champion and Welsh number one. He also founded SquashSkills, one of the sport’s leading digital coaching platforms.

His work sits at the intersection of participation, sports data and commercial strategy, with a particular focus on how technology can help people find better matches, play more regularly and remain engaged in sport.
