Panel Description: 

Following a brief presentation of the preliminary Springboard2 findings, this guided discussion will bring together athletes, sports organizations, industry professionals and ecosystem stakeholders to reflect on the barriers women athletes face when exploring careers in Sports Tech.

The conversation will examine how mentoring, targeted outreach, ecosystem knowledge, cross-border exposure and gender-sensitive programme design can translate into practical support pathways. Participants will also be invited to share their experience, challenge the initial recommendations and identify concrete actions that sports organizations and innovation ecosystems can implement to better support women athletes beyond their competitive careers.
